1. Courses and Program Fees

All payments made towards enrollment in certificate, diploma, degree, or incubation programs are non-refundable, except under special circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Technical issues preventing access to the course after multiple failed support attempts.
Duplicate payments due to technical error or processing failure.
Program cancellation by The Future Founder before commencement.
Withdrawals made at least 7 days before the program start date, with a written request submitted to info@thefuturefounder.co.in.

Please note: Refund requests made after the course has commenced will not be entertained.

3. Refund Process

Course/Program Enrolled
Payment Details (Date, Transaction ID)
Reason for Refund Request

Our team will review your request within 7 working days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

Non-attendance or missed classes
Change of personal schedule after enrollment
Incomplete or incorrect registration information
Course dissatisfaction due to personal preferences

5. Cancellation of Program by The Future Founder

In rare cases where we cancel a course or program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

A full refund, OR
An option to enroll in another course of equal value
